Config The Java Environment In Linux

1.Download the linux's version JDK in the official web page(Oracle)
2.Execute the command: sh jdk-6u27-linux-i586.bin
3.copy the jdk1.6.0_27 directory to the /opt/
4.use the root do execute the command: gedit /etc/environment file, then type the below orders:

PATH="/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/games:/opt/jdk1.6.0_27/bin:"
CLASSPATH=/opt/jdk1.6.0_27/lib/dt.jar:/opt/jdk1.6.0_27/lib/tools.jar:.:
JAVA_HOME=//opt/jdk1.6.0_27

5.use the root do execute the command: . /etc/environment to make it effective.

6.Test the commands: in the bash , you can type : java or javac ,if you see the picture, Congratulations! you succeed !
