问题描述：
今天用eclipse导入了一个工程，总是出【build.properties does not exist】的错误。

问题原因：
在.project文件中设置了【<nature>org.eclipse.pde.PluginNature</nature>】导致了对build.properties的引用，但是build.properties 并不存在。
