dispatch.fcgi not found on this server

Not Found

The requested URL /dispatch.fcgi was not found on this server.

出现这样的问题。有没有谁碰到过呢。直接访问host/dispatch.fcgi出现了dispatch.fcgi的源代码，没做任何解析。
APACHE配置了
