内网一键安装Docker 20.10二进制包最新版，解决依赖的烦恼(亲测有效)

- 很多情况下需要二进制安装docker，特别是内网环境，解决依赖很麻烦。

- 这里提供一键安装docker脚本，适用于连接互联网，压缩包放在内网或上传到主机的环境（注释掉wget行）

- 随便写的，没有加各种判断，各位可任意使用和转载
