Eclipse无法打开Eclipse Marketplace

今早想用Eclipse导入github代码的时候发现Eclipse Marketplace出错，错误原因：
Cannot open Eclipse Marketplace
Cannot install remote marketplace locations: Connection failed

This is most often caused by a problem with your internet connection. Please check your internet connection and retry.
Cannot complete request to
http://marketplace.eclipse.org/catalogs/api/p:
Unable to read repository at
http://marketplace.eclipse.org/catalogs/api/p.

http://marketplace.eclipse.org/catalogs/api/p.
Unrecognized Windows Sockets error: 10106: create
Connection failed

试了如下方法：
window->preferences->general->network connection，左上角的active provider选择manual，勾上HTTP、HTTPS、SOCKS，点击apply，重启eclipse。
没有解决
在此基础上修改eclipse.ini

即在最后一行加上 -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true
问题解决
