win2008+apache2.4.9+php5.5.1突然访问速度快了

弄了好久了，把旧服务器迁移到新服务器上，但访问第一页的速度一直都很慢，在第一次访问时都能tiimeout超过30，因此造成页面显示不出来。而第一次以后，也得要5、6s，真是让我头疼的不行。

刚刚在高度phpmyadmin的高级功能时，其中有一项D:\xampp\phpMyAdmin\libraries\config.default.php,把其中

$cfg['PmaAbsoluteUri'] = '';改为

$cfg['PmaAbsoluteUri'] = 'http://127.0.0.1/phpMyAdmin/';

结果是'http://127.0.0.1/phpMyAdmin/这个时，打不开页面了，但是访问首页的速度成了秒速，这也算是一个意外收获吧。

在显示打不开的页面里，是下面的提示：

Access forbidden!
