If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster. 

Error 403

这个错误提示，是因为要访问的目录没有访问权限，可以修改以下内容

在xampp\apache\conf\httpd.conf修改：

DocumentRoot "D:/www"
<Directory "D:/www">

 Require all granted
    # Order deny,allow
    #deny from all这里是拒绝所有
     Require all granted改成这个就行
