02_用户模块和加入样式

1 复制静态文件到当前工程

2 拷贝index.jsp ,完善里面的样式

3 添加命名空间mvc ，和放行各种静态文件：

4 修改首页index.jsp ，修改userList.jsp
运行测试：

样式集成成功！！
