问题：

1.在xml文件中出现URI is not registered ( Setting | Project Settings | Schemas and DTDs )错误

解决方法：

在IDEA菜单中找 setting-Language&framwork - schemas&DTDs - Ignored Schemas and DTDs 中添加缺失的地址，地址为xlms:XX=”“中”“的内容。
