Beatry_mis problem resolved

年前HK发邮件说Beatry_mis有问题,帮忙解决.

 

症状是双击exe时弹出ProgramName.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. if you were in the middle of something,the information you were working on might be lost
的错误信息.

 

只在61的server上出现这种错误,在production和本地电脑上都可以正常执行.

搞了半天解决无果,有建议HK找系统管理帮忙,怀疑OS问题,昨天上班再上61去测试,居然OK了,还是不知道什么原因和怎么被解决的,如实给HK发了邮件~

 

早上收到Roland的邮件说 Beatry_mis problem resolved by re-installing the .net 1.1,原来是Roland找HK PCT重装了SDK1.1就OK了.

 

以后遇到问题都用博文写下来,当作经验.
