1.创建maven工程

可以使用spring的工具创建，选择spring-boot-web.

2.加入依赖

pom.xml 文件

3.启动类：

@SpringBootApplication  
public class SystemApplication {

    public static void main(String[] args) {
        SpringApplication.run(SystemApplication.class, args);
    }
}
测试类：

@RunWith(SpringRunner.class)
@SpringBootTest
public class SystemApplicationTests {
    @Test
    public void contextLoads() {
    }
}
