密西根湖边的传统小镇-Holland

在密西根湖畔靠近手腕的地方有一个小镇-Holland，这里居住着早期荷兰移民的后裔，自然也保留着荷兰的传统。TULIP TIME就是这个小镇的一个传统节日，在郁金香花盛开的5月，姑娘们穿着传统的服装，踏着木屐，跳起传统的舞蹈，一起来庆祝这个美好的时光。

Holland, Michigan is home to the world famous Tulip Time festival each May, when more than six million tulips burst into bloom as the town celebrates its Dutch heritage.

Join us for a 5K run or 2K walk down the beautiful tulip lined streets of Holland on Saturday, May 6.

Participants will assemble at Centennial Park, on Central Avenue between 10th and 12th Streets in Holland for an 8:00 AM start, with an awards ceremony to follow.

Activities will include 3 exciting parades, Klompen Dancing, big name entertainment, music and variety shows, a Dutch market, trolley tour rides through tulip lanes, an outdoor children’s event, fireworks, outdoor concerts and much more!

We at Tulip Time invite you to be our guest as together we celebrate 78 years of culture, costume, color and our queen of the festival, the tulip! Have a safe and wonderful summer!
