装IntelliJ IDEA为什么会出现这种错误

为什么我装IntelliJ IDEA 2019.3.3 x64的时候根据CSDN装的但是经过代码的简单测试 会出现Unexpected error (103) returned by AddToSystemClassLoaderSearch
