设置jsp编辑器 window-perferences-general-editors-file Associations 选中jsp默认编辑器为myeclipse jsp editor******

 

设置默认编码 window-perferences-general-workspace-Text file encoding other为utf-8

 

设置My验证插件 window-perferences-myeclipse-validation-把build一栏的都去掉（需要验证时，右键 -> MyEclipse -> Run Validation）

 

设置默认jre window-perferences-java-installed jres-add添加指定自己的jre根路径

 

设置jsp默认编码 window-perferences-myeclipse-File and editors-jsp把encoding选择utf-f
