ButterKnife 8.4.0使用空指针的配置。

空指针缠绕了好久，最后找到github上的原文配置，才发现网上的很多配置都不是很符合8.4.0的配置。

在我的demo 里的配置如下：

请注意红色字体的部分。另外ButterKnife.bind(this);应该在setcontentView(R.layout.xxx);之后，并且在使用控件之前。
