wndows2008R2版本服务器安装证书后，谷歌、Firefox浏览器访问打不开，如下提示：

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

解决方法如下：
将下面内容复制到记事本，重合名为：tls.reg，双击写入注册表。
重启服务器
