登录mysql数据库

上一篇记录了mysql的源码安装方式，server端已经正确启动。接下来准备用client登录

[root@mysql_master1 mysql]# mysql -uroot -p
-bash: mysql: command not found

直接登录会发现报错，因为mysql安装运行好了，还差一个path变量
修改：

[root@mysql_master1 mysql]# export PATH=/application/mysql/bin:$PATH
[root@mysql_master1 mysql]# source /etc/profile
[root@mysql_master1 mysql]# mysql -uroot -p
Enter password:
Welcome to the MySQL monitor.  Commands end with ; or \g.
Your MySQL connection id is 1
Server version: 5.6.49 Source distribution

自此，mysql就可以正常登录了
可以做一些基本的操作。

mysql> show databases;
+--------------------+
| Database           |
+--------------------+
| information_schema |
| mysql              |
| performance_schema |
| test               |
+--------------------+
4 rows in set (0.00 sec)

mysql> drop database test;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)

mysql> show databases;
+--------------------+
| Database           |
+--------------------+
| information_schema |
| mysql              |
| performance_schema |
+--------------------+
3 rows in set (0.00 sec)

mysql安全配置

mysql默认没有密码，很不安全，因此，最好给他修改密码

mysqladmin可以设置密码

[root@mysql_master1 mysql]# mysqladmin -uroot -p password
Enter password:
New password:
Confirm new password:
[root@mysql_master1 mysql]#

密码设置成功！
