DomainModel 接收参数 在js里怎么拿到该值

因为name属性里面包括点符号，直接用肯定取值不到，怎么取值？

1-用通过id来取值，document.getElementById("na.me").value
2-通过 document.forms[0].elements["register.account"].value来取值
