ffmpeg configure遇到的奇怪问题

今天在对编译ffmpeg时，首先进行./configure, 结果提示如下错误：

    xxx-linux-gcc  is unable to create an executable file.

    C compiler test failed.

 

仔细看configure文件，错误信息显示如下：

# compiler sanity check
check_exec <<EOF
int main(void){ return 0; }
EOF

echo wait..（此为新增）
if test "$?" != 0; then
    echo "$cc is unable to create an executable file."
    if test -z "$cross_prefix" && ! enabled cross_compile ; then

折腾了好一会儿也没有解决。偶然发现在脚本中增加一行echo信息： echo wait..    竟然不再提示错误信息了。

这是神马原因？？？？？？？？？？？？？？
