dubbo项目启动失败，服务提供者注册失败java.lang.IllegalStateException: Failed to check the status of the service

之前项目还好好的，就下拉了个代码就不行了，别人下拉代码都没事，最后在网上看到某大神的解决方案，出现这种报错情况，问题可能有三种，第一种是服务提供者的dubbo-Spring的xml和消费者的<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>版本不一致造成的，还有一种是因为防火墙的原因，（我就是这种原因），我把防火墙关了之后，项目maven刷新一下，然后就好了，还有一种是服务被禁用了，可以登录到客户端查看自己的ip路径，提供的服务是不是被禁用了。
