I've always focused too much on these little details what I do now is do prioritize all my tasks beforehand. I will look back to these little things after everything is done so that I won't affect the overall progress.
I am not string at publick speaking. But I 've been trying to improve this for the past months.Now I am trying to host meeting to help me get more comfortable when addressing a crowd.I also record myself of what I do everyday and send it to my friends for critique.
