Hi All,
White screen is hurting you eyes? Bring you headache? Almostmaking you ineffectively working?
Hundreds and thousands of pages of documents, endless codingand testing almost blind your eyes?
Protect your eyes, NOW!
These two processes are bothavailable for
1. PL/SQLDeveloper, SQL Developer, Note pad, etc.
2. Microsoft Word
And they exactly are the ones harming our health, especiallyeyes, everyday.
So, concerning the developerswho are always working with all kinds of develop tools, I suggest you
1. RIGHTCLICK on the desktop, and choose “Personalize”
2. Atthe very bottom of the window, CLICK on the “Window Color”
3. Choose“Window” in the drill-down list which is named “Item”
4. Thenat the right side of it, we got two color changing buttons, we drill down theWHITE one and CLICK on “Other” button
5. Atthe lower right corner, we got six fields, we fill in the fields as “Hue:85,Sat:90, Lum:205”, then CLICK the “Add to Custom Colors” button right below it.
6. Thenwe will notice that one of the 16 white boxes changes to another color, weCLICK on it, and CLICK “OK”.
Now, when next time we open PL/SQL Developer, we can findthe exciting changes. And for the SQL Developer,we have to do a little more configurations. Don’t worry, just a little more. Sowe need to
1. OpenSQL Developer
2. “Tools”menu
3. “Preferences”menu item
4. Soit is just the first page on where we need to do something, see “Look andFeel”? Change simply the “Oracle” to “Windows”
5. CLICK“OK” and restart the SQL Developer
You got them all.
What about the documents? Functional Design, TechnicalDesign, etc, all of them are killing eyeballs every day. Document readers probably are suffering thesame as developers. So why don’t we open the “WORD” and
1. Weturn to the “Page Layout” tab
2. Atthe middle of the toolbar, we can see a button which is named “Page Color”,expand it and CLICK on “More Colors”
3. Changeto the tab named “Custom”
4. Drilldown the “Color model” menu, change the “RGB” to “HSL”
5. AsI mentioned above, fill in the fields as “H: 85, S: 90, L: 205”, andCLICK “OK”
There you go, hope we can haveless headache, and work moreeffectively.
Thank you and best regards,
Yours sincerely,
Eric.Xuanming.R.Zong
