Prolific already established a solid foundation in the SOC platform architecture and accumulated various key IPs targeting applications relating to storage systems, multimedia, IA, wireless network and others. Thus, the Company is already well able to provide a complete platform in the SOC technology.     PL-1129 H.264/MPEG-4/MJPEG Surveillance/Video Streaming SoC       The PL-1129 is a highly integrated Multi-media SoC (System-on-Chip) specifically designed for the cost-effective Digital Surveillance, IPTV, and Video Streaming server applications. The PL-1129 is compliant with video encoding and supports H.264, MPEG-4 and Motion JPEG. The H.264 encoder can achieve VGA resolutions up to 90 frames (or 1280x720@30fps) while the MPEG-4 and Motion JPEG encoder can achieve D1 resolution up to 90 frames (or 1024x768@30fps). PL-1129 supports both multiple video streaming and multiple streaming profiles at the same time. The AMR/G.726 encoding is able to record voice data, and transmit them to remote devices from internet. The PL-1129 platform has been fully designed and verified to allow users to develop and integrate their designs to expand the specific application.
