Symptoms
Users are unable to access the Customer tab in Collections HTML pages due to the following error:
Failed to get sales group ID or sales role for the current user. User must have at least one role in a valid sales group.
Cause
Resource or resource group doesn't have a sales role assigned.
Error message indicates it is needed.
Solution
Verify the following setups:
1. Verify that 'Sales and Telesales' is added to the 'Used In' tab for the group assigned to your resource.
- CRM Administrator/Resource Manager/Maintain Resources/Groups
2. Add the following role to both your resource and the group and retest the form:
Sales/Sales Administrator

职责CRM Administrator->Resource Manager : Maintain Resources->Groups

Goal
Q1: Why does the following warning occur whilst compiling KFF Competence :
APP-FND-00668 The data that defines the flexfield maybe inconsistent.
FDFRKS Could not find the structure definition for the flexfield specified by Application = &APPL
Solution
A1: You must define a flexfield qualifiers for the Segments. 1 Segment must be assigned the "Default
Attribute", whilst the other Segments have "Others" enabled as their flexfield qualifier value.

- symptom: APP-FND-00874: Routine FDFBKS found no rows in table FND_ID_FLEX_STRUCTURES.
- cause: There are records missing in the NLS tables
fix: This procedure should be performed by a database administrator. Run the "Maintain Multilingual Tables" option from adadmin OR run the script FNDNLINS.sql from $FND_TOP/sql directory $ sqlplus <apps user>/<apps passwd> FNDNLINS.sql This script synchronizes the tables, fnd_flex_values_tl and fnd_flex_values. After running this script, the flexfield in question will recompile.

Symptoms
On 12.0.4:
when attempting to open some Purchasing forms ( for example Purchase Order Summary, Purchase Orders ), or Receiving forms ( for example Receipts, Receiving Transactions, Returns ),
the following error occurs:

APP-PO-14142 PO_MOAC_UTILS.Init_PO_StartUp-000 ORA-0000 normal successful completion
A SQL error has occurred in PO_MOAC_UTILS.Init_PO_StartUp
Changes
This issue could happen after upgrade to application release 12.0.4 from 11.5.10.2, or a change in the database.
Cause
Some packages are not compiled properly.
In FND debug log collected while reproduce the form issue, similar errors as the following are observed in ERRORSTACK column:
ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped stored procedure ""APPS.PO_CURRENCY_SV""
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: ""APPS.PO_CURRENCY_SV""
Note: The errorneous program unit being called could be different from form to form.
Solution
1. Restart the database in migrate (up to 9i) or upgrade (from 10g on) mode.
2. Run:
The utlirp script is in the $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin directory.
3. Restart the database in normal mode and continue the activity. If any invalid
objects still exist in the database, please also run:
This operation should be done because utlirp recompiles the plsql objects and
set their status to the status of the current release, as documented in
