springboot配置oracle数据源Error creating bean with name ‘jdbcConverter‘ defined in class path resource

用的springboot 2.3....一句话换版本最简单

因为2.3不支持oracle的“oracle”的方言，解决方案也有（https://stackoverflow.com/questions/64931794/couldnt-determine-dialect-for-oracle），不过我没成功，所以直接换版本
