SYMPTOMS
When attempting to Save a foreign currency PO, the following error occurs.
ERROR ------------- "You are trying to to close the Purchase Order without converting all Purchase Order Line Price to the foreign currency."
Oracle Purchasing does not automatically convert price on Purchase Order lines after you change the currency.
or you see the error message PO_APPROVE_WARN_CURR_UPD (ACTION=close)
Steps to reproduce: -----------------------
1. Navigate to: Purchase Orders > Purchase Orders 2. Key in the header information 3. Create a Purchase Order 4. Save Header 5. Change Currency (do not use Convert Currency) 6. Create a new line 7. Go to shipment and try to close the shipment windows Get the Error message.
CHANGES
The issue started after upgrading the form POXPOEPO.fmb to 115.445.11510.82
CAUSE
The code in POXDOCEC.pld copies the value N to 'PO_CONTROL.IS_CURRENCY_CHANGED value based on the conditions. Depending on the value of IS_CURRENCY_CHANGED we are throwing a warning message.

SOLUTION
To implement the solution, execute the following steps:
1. Download and review the readme and pre-requisites for Patch 11821901.
2. Ensure that a system backup is taken before applying the recommended patch.
3. Apply the patch in a test environment.
4. Confirm the following file versions: POXDOCEC.pld 115.12.11510.5
Use the commands like the following: strings -a $AU_TOP/filename |grep '$Header'
5. Retest the issue.
6. Migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments.
