PRVG-11250 : “The check “RPM Package Manager database” was not performed”

在安装19c grid时有个"rpm package manager database"的警告,执行好几次fix脚本修复还是有问题

查了下MOS Doc ID 2548970.1,意思是需要root权限，然而MOS上并没有说明哪个进程或者文件需要root权限，这个mos好敷衍。

SYMPTOMS
Following message reported from cluvfy while performing pre-requisite for Clusterware Installation:

$./runcluvfy.sh stage -pre crsinst -n ,

Pre-check for cluster services setup was successful.
Verifying RPM Package Manager database …INFORMATION
PRVG-11250 : The check “RPM Package Manager database” was not performed because it needs ‘root’ user privileges.

CAUSE
Some of the CVU checks require root privileges in order to be able to retrieve the required information from the system. In such cases when the root credentials are not available the user is notified with message like “PRVG-11250 : The check “RPM Package Manager database” was not performed because it needs ‘root’ user privileges.”

SOLUTION
Execute runcluvfy manually with “-method root” option and enter root password when prompted :

Example:

$/runcluvfy.sh stage -pre crsinst -n , -method root

Enter “ROOT” password:
解决方式是执行上述脚本，本次是直接忽略安装的，对后面的rac部署并没有影响，后期可再验证修复脚本。
