Xcode 打包上传AppStore时，卡在Authentication with the App Store

最近在使用Xcode11.3打包工程上传到Appstore时，发现卡在Authentication with the App Store很久无法前进。

网上的教程大多如下

1. cd ~ 
2. mv .itmstransporter/ .old_itmstransporter/ 
3. "/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Applications/Application Loader.app/Contents/itms/bin/iTMSTransporter"

然并卵，因为 在Xcode 11.3 里面是没有Application Loader.app 这个鬼东西的

实测，正确的操作如下：

1. 打开Finder，前往如下文件夹~/Library/Caches/com.apple.amp.itmstransporter/
2. 删除该文件夹内的所有文件
3. 打开终端，在终端输入:

/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/SharedFrameworks/ContentDeliveryServices.framework/Versions/A/itms/bin/iTMSTransporter

耐心等待该进程执行完毕后，会发现文件夹内会下载大概65M左右的内容
这时重启Xcode，即可上传ipa文件到AppStore
