撒旦九项声明

 1. Satan represents indulgence instead of abstinence! 
1.撒旦主张放纵而非禁欲。

3. Satan represents undefiled wisdom instead of hypocritical self-deceit!

4. Satan represents kindness to those who deserve it instead of love wasted on ingrates! 
4.撒旦主张将仁慈给与应得其之人，而不是将爱浪费在忘恩负义的人身上。

1. Do not give opinions or advice unless you are asked.
   除非你是询问者否则不要发表意见.
   (个人觉得应该是:除非你被询问,否则不要发表意见或给予建议
    因为这里用的是被动,所以"询问者"的翻译个人觉得是不正确的)

2. Do not tell your troubles to others unless you are sure they want to hear them.
   不要说对别人诉苦,除非你确信这是他们想听的. 

3. When in another’s lair, show him respect or else do not go there.
   在别人的地盘中要显示对他尊敬,否则别去那里. 
   (厄...这个..."lair"偶查了一下...解释为:野兽的巢穴,躲藏处,藏身之处......

4. If a guest in your lair annoys you, treat him cruelly and without mercy.
   如果一客人在你的地盘惹恼你,不要对他仁慈,要残忍报复. 
   (后面半句我个人解释为:残忍地对待他,不要有怜悯/宽恕/仁慈."报复"翻译得似乎有点问题...个人没有在原文找到这个词啊...)

5. Do not make sexual advances unless you are given the mating signal.
   不要跟不是你的婚姻对象的人发生性行为. 
   (偶不知道"mating signal"是不是词组...但是偶查下来,"mating"是"交配","signal"是"信号"的说......= =....)

6. Do not take that which does not belong to you unless it is a burden to the other person and he cries out to be relieved.
   不要拿不属於你的东西,除非它对其他人是种负担,使X哭,拿那样东西就是可以宽心的. 
   (天杀的,哪里来的"拿那样东西就是可以宽心的"这句话啊~至少没有"宽心"这个词嘛...个人觉得意思差很多的说...还有就是后半句"除非...使X哭",个人觉得解释为"除非它对其他人是中负担且他们哭泣着(以求)得到解脱")

7. Acknowledge the power of magic if you have employed it successfully to obtain your desires. If you deny the power of magic after having called upon it with success, you will lose all you have obtained.
   答谢能让你成功的达成你的欲望的神奇能力.如果你在获得他赐与的成功後,否定这神奇的能力,你会损失所有你获得的东西. 

8. Do not complain about anything to which you need not subject yourself.
   不要抱怨不关你事的事. 

9. Do not harm little children.
   不要伤害小孩. 

10. Do not kill non-human animals unless you are attacked or for your food.
    不要杀害动物,除非那要攻击你,或者是你的食物. 
    ("动物"...用"非人类的动物"比较好吧...再怎么说人类也是动物嘛...而且"are attacked"是被动,应该解释为"除非你被攻击"吧?)

11. When walking in open territory, bother no one. If someone bothers you, ask him to stop. If he does not stop, destroy him.
    当走在公共的地方,不要有所困扰. 如果有些人令你讨厌, 要求他停止. 如果他不停止,就杀死他.
    ("bother no one"解释为"不要打扰别人","令你讨厌"改成"打扰你"会更好些吧?另外就是"destory"并不只是"杀死"的意思...这里翻译成"杀死"似乎太狭义了的说...

6. 不要拿不属于你的东西,除非这对其他人是种负担,且他们哭求着解脱.

我的问题:
1.mating signal是词组吗?
2.destory这个词,我实在找不到合适的中文来解释...望各位大大赐教...
