解决方案： 最好使用绝对路径 ，路径不要包含中文
application.properties配置中加入

jdbc.location=G:/nanjing/DC_CLOUD/20180123-ly/mysde/workspace/MAVEN2/mysql/mysql-connector-java/5.1.39/mysql-connector-java-5.1.39.jar
