SYMPTOMS When you try to re-start OBIEE, Weblogic Admin Server will not start. If you look in the log file:  /oracle/OBIEE_11/user_projects/domains/bifoundation_domain/servers/AdminServer/logs/AdminServer.log you see the following error: Caused By: oracle.security.jps.service.igf.IGFException: JPS-02592: Failed to push ldap config data to libOvd for IGFService "idstore.ldap" in JPS context "default", cause: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: <Line 1, Column 1>: XML-20108: (Fatal Error) Start of root element expected.   CHANGES  A large temporary file had been deleted. CAUSE  The file adapters.os_xml was truncated. SOLUTION 1 Take a backup of: $DOMAIN_HOME/config/fmwconfig/ovd/default/adapters.os_xml 2 Delete $DOMAIN_HOME/config/fmwconfig/ovd/default/adapters.os_xml 3 Copy adapters.os_xml from: $MW_HOME/oracle_common/modules/oracle.ovd_11.1.1/templates/ to $DOMAIN_HOME/config/fmwconfig/ovd/default/ 4 Re-start Weblogic Admin Server.
