today ,i even wanten(wanted)  to change my plan,change the three things.  i though that may be not a effective way to improve my english by listening record twice，i should change it with(by) study grammar which may improve my english quickly. but i still listened the record twice,after  i heared(heard) it, i found the thought was not correct.it's effective to me. if you do some thing(something) seriously,you can get some  thing(something),treat tings frivolous,you can't get anything. so still stick to do it thought i missed one day.

we went home after 22:30,beacause my wife work overtime,she was so tired every day,but she is so peart in studing english,she get joyful in learning english. i am(去掉)realy(really) admire  her.we study at 22:10 ,but tonight we were on the road at 22:10,so we sitted(sat) on the bench of bus station to study.the environment was hard,and my wife was so tired,but when the call comeing,my wife was becoming peart(becoming？对的) 。she and her teacher talk（talked) about the family today,they mentioned to(去掉） my wife's father,but she seemd not affect by that thing. i thought that's ok.

this is the fifth day i adhere to. i hope i will（can) stick with it more time,please bless me.
