摘要

从1977年伴随着中国恢复了高考的制度后，中国的各类大学都重新启动了大学的招生模式。从1978年开始，中国高等教育的体制进行改革开始，到今天已经执行了50多年，在这50多年里，中国的大学如同雨后春笋般不断涌出。随着中国的改革开放的执行，中国人民的生活物质水平越来越好，中国人也更加的注重了教育，国家全面推广科学为第一生产力。

就在经济高速发展的今天，中国的大学生里面还是有许许多多的大学生仍然来贫困的农村，根据教育部发布的大学生的信息进行统计，来自贫困农村的大学生暂居的比例依然很高。如何让贫困农村的大学生依然可以度过大学四年？是现今中国政府乃至中国高校需要面临和考虑的问题。

根据国外的先进的经验，大学生在校的学业并不是十分的繁重，大学生课余有大量的时间，如何利用好大学生课余的时间了？

鼓励大学生们利用课余的时间去社会上勤工俭学，这样做的目的有几个好处。一是：培养大学生自力更生的能力，避免大学生一离开校门就面临着失业；二是：培养大学生们能够更快速的融合到这个社会中，能够在这个社会里面生存下去；三是：可以解决部分企业用工难的问题。
