Description

The fix for bug 4581334 (included in 10.2.0.4) can in rare
cases lead to excessive numbers of child cursors for a SQL 
statement that references remote objects (over a database
link). This can ultimately result in ORA-600 [17059] errors.
 
V$SQL_SHARED_CURSOR shows the reason for mismatches as
AUTH_CHECK_MISMATCH and INSUFF_PRIVS_REM .
 
This fix just backs out the fix from bug 4581334 and so
with this fix you may experience that issue instead.
