Manager of team A. team A and Team B are doing some cooperation work.
b.one day,a boy, her subordinate make some mistake in the work and he was balmed by another manager,Pia stoped it and told the manager of team B that I'm sorry that my team make mistake in our team cooperation,It's my fault,but u can't blame him.
my team, pls take notice. she said my team and my fault.
although the boy was blamed by Pia in the single conversation,while he still feel very good.

5) Describe a difficult situation you encountered and how you resolved it.
