解决VS2017/2019无法在线升级

打开VS2019更新检测，最后出现无法下载，在这里找到个解决方案，大致分为几步来解决

查看 aka.ms 的ip，这里可以查看 https://ip.tool.chinaz.com/，我查出的地址是 23.72.68.153

把这个地址加到 C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts 如：

23.72.68.153 aka.ms

接着刷新本地的DNS缓存

cmd 执行 ipconfig /flushdns

之后就可以顺畅的下载了
