命令行下查看出口IP(你上网时暴露在公网上的IP地址)

你想知道你的公网IP地址是多少，通常的做法是去百度输入IP就会显示你的公网IP地址和IP归属地，但我今天遇到一个问题：命令下如何查看电脑的公网IP？以下分享解决这个问题的方法。
