VS2008在WIN10下安装失败:ISetupComponent::Pre/Post/Install() failed ISetupManager 解决方法(-2147023293)

今天重安装系统，安装VS2008死活安装不上，报如下错误：
查看安装日志，会有如下信息

看到网上有几篇文章说是和Office2007有点扯不清的关系

这两篇文章都要找office2007的ISO安装文件，我偷一下懒，直接把VS2008安装盘中WCU\WebDesignerCore\WebDesignerCore.exe复制出来解压，然后再以管理员身份运行其中的setup.exe程序，居然安装成功！

再运行VS2008安装程序顺利安装程序，不需要从office2007.ISO中提取文件！
