Maven新建、更新……遇到“Could not calculate build plan”这一类问题怎么办

菜鸡刚刚开始尝试java web开发，maven项目简直不友好“Could not calculate build plan”这一类问题让我头大了一圈，所以整理了下这一类问题的解决方案。

经常遇见的差不多就是这个样子的detail，

Could not calculate build plan: Failure to transfer org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-surefire-plugin:pom:2.7.1 from http://repo1.maven.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced. Original error: Could not transfer artifact org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-surefire-plugin:pom:2.7.1 from/to central (http://repo1.maven.org/maven2):（这一段路径可能不同） Access denied to http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/maven/plugins/maven-surefire-plugin/2.7.1/maven-surefire-plugin-2.7.1.pom. Error code 407, Proxy Authentication Required ( The ISA Server requires authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy service is denied.  ) log4j-test01 Unknown Maven Problem

这是我从网上随手找到的一段detail，举个栗子就行了。：）

基本的大意就是，这个插件（比如文中划线的2.7.1）不行了，要死了，不干活了。那好吧，怎么办？去本地仓库的相关路径把它删掉，让eclipse重新加载找你的路径：.m2\repository\org\apache\maven\plugins，在这个里面找对应的文件夹（eg.maven-surefire-plugin）把里面的东西删掉就行了。
