给77服务安装oracle64位服务端和32位客户端软件，安装sdefororacle10.2，设置oracle中tnsnames.ora，添加远程访问77orcl的网络服务名orcl77（客户端net manager里也可添加设置，如图1），

在arcgis10.2里建sde空间库，Instance内填写orcl77，如图

点击ok确定后，建库成功
