CRUD注释版

Mapper接口（用来替换掉之前的配置文件Category.xml）

新增加接口CategoryMapper ，并在接口中声明的方法上，加上注解
对比配置文件Category.xml，其实就是把SQL语句从XML挪到了注解上来

注：

接口中定义的成员变量，默认是用public static final 修饰的；
接口中定义的方法，默认是用public abstract修饰的；
接口中定义的内部类，默认是用public static修饰的；
所以public加不加都一样。

mybatis-config.xml

在第22行，增加对CategoryMapper映射，原来的Category.xml 是否保留随意
