这两个都是jQuery提供的给用户自己做扩展的接口。
但是他们之间又有一点不一样。
$.fn.extend({});// 是主要用来扩展方法的， 也就是说对对象方法的增加
$.extend({});//是主要用来扩展函数的， 也就是说可以直接的调用。
下面来举一个例子来说明，

//扩展函数
$.extend({
