环境信息：

EBS----------------12.1.3

RDBMS-----------11.2.0.3.0

OS-----------Linux 5

Symptoms

客户登录时出现如下错误：

<PRE>Oracle error 1403: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at line 1 has been detected in FND_SESSION_MANAGEMENT.CHECK_SESSION. Your session is no longer valid. </PRE>

Servlet error: An exception occurred. The current application deployment descriptors do not allow for including it in this response. Please consult the application log for details.

 

关闭浏览器后，再次登录出现Unable to authenticate session.

Cause

这个问题主要是AFICXSMS.pls 和 AFICXSMB.pls损坏了，另外确认FND_SESSION_MANAGEMENT是否有效

Solution

cd $FND_TOP/patch/115/sql

sqlplus apps/apps

SQL> @AFICXSMS.pls
SQL> @AFICXSMB.pls

执行后再次验证该问题
