java读取properties文件的数据

1、首先，先新建一个properties文件，以常用的配置数据库参数的properties为例：

JDBC_DRIVER = com.mysql.jdbc.Driver
DB_URL = jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/lqb
USER = root
PASS = root

2、使用类加载器读取properties文件的内容
