android studio项目换电脑后重新运行报的莫名其妙的错误Gradle DSL method not found: 'apply()

报错类型

Error:(1, 0) Gradle DSL method not found: ’apply()’
Possible causes:

• The project ‘GgAndBd’ may be using a version of the Android Gradle plug-in that does not contain the method (e.g. ‘testCompile’ was added in 1.1.0).
  Upgrade plugin to version 3.0.1 and sync project
• The project ‘GgAndBd’ may be using a version of Gradle that does not contain the method.
  Open Gradle wrapper file
• The build file may be missing a Gradle plugin.
  Apply Gradle plugin

按照as提供的建议，尝试无果后，继续翻stackoverflow，找到一种解决方式。

I have solved this problem! Here is my may:
1.copy the contetn of “build.gradle”,then delete the “build.gradle”;
2.create a new build.gradle and paste the previous content to this “build.gradle”
That’s all !

即：删除项目跟节点的全局build.gradle文件（先复制出其中的内容），再在as中新建一个该文件，将之前的内容粘贴进来，重新“try again”。看来是文件编码格式引起，可是看了下as默认都是UTF-8呀，所以不知道报错缘由。
