IDEA中修改settings.xml以配置阿里云镜像

第一步，在C:\Users\用户名\.m2\repository中添加settings.xml文件如下，注意更改路径中的用户名

第二步，IDEA中 File -> Settings -> 搜Maven

如上所示勾选Override
