Hardhat安装与相关插件报错记录

1、安装hardhat报错

操作系统：Windows10与linux

安装harhat时报错，查看相应解决方案，但当时未成功（持续3小时，当时太晚了就放弃了），试过上安装，都报错，不能正常执行安装命令；科学上网也试了，未成功。但是第二天再试，突然就好了，没有出现任何错误，不知道是否与使用时间有关。

当晚安装hardhat报错如下：

网上查找到的解决方法：删除C盘用户目录下的.npmrc

 再次执行安装命令

 又报错了，解决方法：设置镜像

但是再怎么执行npm install --save-dev hardhat 总是报上面2个错误，查了各种解决方法，依然未成功，也许是时间段的原因吧，太晚就放弃了，第二天再次执行，居然成功了，真不知道昨晚是什么情况？

第二天执行成功结果：

既然能用了，就抓紧继续安装了。 

2、安装Ether.js与Waffle插件报错

科学上网，如果科学上网不成，就再次尝试几次，我试的时候有时成功，有时失败，非常不稳定。
