【Python3】 ord() expected string of length 1, but int found

OK，因为c是int类型的，但是ord()需要一个长度为1的字符串。就是这样了。c在哪儿定义的？

def next_state(self, c):

    byteCls = self._mModel['classTable'][ord(c)]

不是这儿； 此处c只是被传递给了next_state()函数。我们再上一级看看。

# utf8prober.py
def feed(self, aBuf):
    for c in aBuf:
        codingState = self._mCodingSM.next_state(c)

看到了吗？在Python 2中，aBuf是一个字符串，所以c就是一个长度为1的字符串。（那就是我们通过遍历字符串所得到的 — 所有的字符，一次一个。）因为现在aBuf是一个字节数组，所以c变成了int类型的，而不再是长度为1的字符串。也就是说，没有必要再调用ord()函数了，因为c已经是int了！
