Build forge unable to create

Question:
The RBF Server can connect with RBF Agent correctly. But hello world project failed with log below:
Error Log:
116    06/01/10 03:17PM    ENV    TZ=US/Pacific
117    06/01/10 03:17PM    MKDIR    [/A_TEST_HelloWord/BUILD_20] could not be created.
118    06/01/10 03:17PM    RESULT    4 (4)
119    06/01/10 03:17PM    EXEC     unable to create/verify project relative working directory.
120    06/01/10 03:17PM    EXEC     A_TEST_HelloWord/BUILD_20 under / on server tssol03 could not be accessed.

Answer:
The privilege of  “path” set in “Server”  is not able to write with current user. For example,
The user is tsadmin, and the path of Server is root: / or the other where tsadmin has no write privilege. The same error will be thrown.
