ImageButton 屏蔽掉父类click消息

如下是子控件（作为一个控件的一部分）的布局文件，红色部分如果是ImageButton，控件(例如viewGroup) 的click消息会被ImageButton所屏蔽（所有都是默认模式，即ImageButton不定义消息响应）
